What to Expect During a Medi-facial
During a consultation, our experienced skin therapists will assess your skin type, concerns, and goals to determine the most suitable Medi-facial for you. The facials will include double cleansing, aromatherapy and hot towel therapy, bespoke enzyme exfoliation and finishing products and product prescription, then based on your skin needs and aesthetic goals, additional treatment modalities can be added for more results focussed outcomes.
At Miss Aesthetics, we have curated a facial menu, in a tired structure to ensure each treatment is able to be individualised for each client, in each session. Each facial has a selection of included modalities, to be chosen by the clinician and client upon each visit. Facials can be more relaxation or results focussed.
Aftercare and Results
After a Medi-facial, clients may experience mild redness, sensitivity and skin shedding. This usually typically subsides within a few hours/days depending on the ingredients and modalities selected. The results can vary, but many patients notice smoother, brighter skin with a more even tone after just one treatment. Depending on what your skin will tolerate and needs, will help the therapist determine the most appropriate chemical peel for you. There’s are three levels of chemical peels before moving into the advanced peels which require extensive skin preparation and associated downtime.
